Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Massage room contained a shower which had water constantly dripping and making a noise throughout the massage! Would have like the massage pressure to be stronger as I had requested but that's just my preference-great if you like gentle pressure. Note that there was also drilling going on outside the room while massage was taking place. However, the massage was good value for money.
Extremely unhappy with manicure. I had to stop halfway. It started from filing my nails completely wrong and placing my hands into a cold water. The manicurist was nice and friendly, but manicure was not worth GBP 5.00.
