Overall I enjoyed my visit to the spa; the staff on reception were friendly and the steam and sauna rooms clean and importantly hot. My major gripe was that venue was not a relaxing space to unwind. The seating area in the spa was rather noisy as it backed onto reception and storage rooms. Plus the cramped changing facilities are shared with the gym and swimming pool which isn't ideal.

Nawsheen was lovely. The experience was relaxing from the moment I arrived. Products smelled delicious and my skin felt amazing afterwards. Drifted off to sleep a few times, so very relaxing! My only comment for improvement would be that the music was on a constant loop and that became irritating towards the end of the hour.
