I had booked a luxury pedicure. I was put in a horrible tiny room obviously meant as a manicure room. I was sat on a small office chair on wheels so every time I moved, the chair moved. The person doing the treatment was on a similar chair. Consequently my legs were at an uncomfortable angle and by the end of the treatment my back was really hurting. The soaking water was completely cold and so shallow it didn't cover my feet. Towels didn't look fresh. Foot massage was nice, pedicure itself just OK. The lady who did it told me they had a nicer room but it wasn't available. She said she didn't often do manicures and pedicures. That was obvious. This was a birthday present and a very disappointing experience.
Room is clean, therapist warmed the room up with heated fan and switched off during treatment which gave a nice room temperature without being too stuffy. Therapist massaged the right muscles and pressure points with appropriate force , felt relaxed and unwind after treatment
