I loved the peace of the venue, getting a robe, towel and slippers was great. The location was good too. Relaxing music in the lounge area and water was a bonus. The sauna provide enough heat I needed and had a timer. I felt let down by the steam room as it just didn't generate enough steam and even throwing water it still didn't produce enough. Maybe because up its to big or the position of the unit?
The wet floor area was a bit dirt as I was the afternoon session. I didn't like that fact that I had to pay £1 for the lockers as I thought it would be padlock. The shower started of cold then scorching hot, then luke warm and I hate the fact that you have to continuously press it as it waste time having a shower.
The changing area is big but the benches are quite small, but loved the GHD hairdryer and the ceramic tongs!

The venue was nice and very central but the staff was non-existent.
There was none to check me in, I had to rund through the building to look for towels and slippers (wasting 30 minutes because of that). Also the water tank was almost finished and none was bothered with refilling it! Not an amazing experience I have to say...

I decided to treat myself to the Spa day. It exceeded my expectations! Welcoming and friendly staff. Very calming and relaxing environment, two sauna rooms and a steam room. All for £11! Overall lovely afternoon out.
My repeat visit is booked...
