Overall, my experience at the salon was good. The only thing I will point out is that no one realised I was coming via my booked treatwell appointment, and the hairstylist who kindly did my trim had no idea either. Just also want to say the lady with the glasses who did my trim (as Marsha wasn't there), did a good job of making sure I was seen to, despite the initial not knowing about my appointment. Good service despite the start.
