Marsha kept on complaining about the hair that I provided to be braided for my daughter. She also wanted to charge me more money for the length and I told her I will not pay any more then what I expected to pay on the app which was 40 pounds. she wasn't welcoming at all and her customer service was so bad considering I was a new costumer. I will definitely not come back to hairdressers again. Poor customer service and too much talking to other people and not focusing on doing my daughter hair.

Had extra long knotless braids done by Marsha which i’m in love with! Very professional service and I left with a huge smile, thank you i’ll definitely be back 👌🏾
