Went in with lower back pain, which has been persistent for months, massage was intense,Marleena, kept checking in with me asking if I was ok. 1/2 hr was long enough, came out feeling exhausted. However, huge difference in my lower back, constant ache has gone, was even able to sleep in my side last night which I haven’t been able to do in months. Would definitely go back again and would definitely recommend 10/10.

Went in feeling like I'd been stuck in a box for a decade and came out feeling relaxed and far less tense, I explained where my pain was and my therapist took care in ensuring the area was worked on without causing lots of pain, she provided me with advice on stretching techniques after the massage to promote better movement and posture. Highly recommend this business
