I would not recommend the salon for anyone who has dark hair regrowth and want to have your hair the same colour. The product doesn’t do the job.
I had to wait for my old salon for another colouring. It's not time efficient and not great for your hair. I hope my experience can help some of you avoid/filter the salon that might not work for you.
Based on the rating, I booked the venue for a permanent/Demi Permanent colouring, haircut & blow-dry. Before we started, I showed Marco my hair and we agreed on a full head cool tone brown for the colouring. After 2 hours, my hair, turned to be in 2 colours, 1/3 in black, 2/3 in reddish-brown which was not what we agreed on at all.
Beofre I left, Marco charged me an extra £20 afterwards for "more product he used on my hair " which was not listed anywhere on the website nor I was informed any time in advance or during my appointment.
I had to go back to discuss with him on a re-do. He contacted me over the phone later that day arguing on my understanding of "regrowth tint" which was not the service I booked. He checked the treatwell app and did not find the information.
Finally he agreed to refund me the colouring part including the extra £20 but I am still waiting for the refund.
