Marco took great care in understanding what I liked and didn't like about my hair, and we discussed the plan to achieve the look I wanted. I felt I could trust him because he explained every step to me with color swatches and was able to show me a similar before and after to my situation. Also, he is fun to be around which matters when you're going through a long processing time.
