I showed up to my haircut with a photo of what I envisioned and Marko took the time to really look at my hair and explain to me what was possible and what was not possible to achieve in this haircut with my specific hair length and texture. I found that super helpful, so I knew exactly what style I would end up with (vs what Instagram was showing me :) )
