I had a terrible experience! I was supposed to have a natural looking hair colour, mixed with blond highlights. What I got instead is GREY and dark hair! I showed the hair stylist a few photos of how I wanted my hair to be done and still my hair doesn't look anything like the pictures. The assistant was also not very gentle when brushing my hair, and it was painful. To make matters worse, my appointment was delayed by thirty minutes and I had to wait.
