Ive been working at Mark Searle Hairdressing for 7 years and I love every second of it. The services I love the most are Balayage - everything from bright blondes to warm caramel blondes. Bouncy Blowdries - Think 90's super models. There is nothing better! Other services I offer are Ladies cuts, Extensions and more. Last year I was lucky enough to be a salon awards finalist and I couldn't have been more happier. it was such a great experience. In my spare time I love to crochet, long weekends away and my cat.

HI, im Diesel. Ive been working at the salon with my Dad for 3 years whilst doing my apprenticeship, in which I have recently qualified. Since being qualified I have grown a love for short, precision haircuts on ladies. I also love the barbering side of my job. my most popular haircuts involve skin fades and tapering. The other services I offer range from global application to highlights which I feel compliment a precision haircut. Hi everyone Im Sandra, Ive been working for Mark for 16 years. starting from an apprentice to gaining more experience over the years I have worked my way up to an Artistic Stylist. My favourite services to do it the salon are Traditional Highlights, short haircuts and I love a restyle! The days I work in the salon are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. In my spare time I love reading and setting myself goals to complete! I love walking and exploring new places with my husband and friends. Can't forget about my fury friend harry as well! Hi im Katie, i have been working here for 9 years, previous to that I have been hairdressing since I left school. As an experienced stylist I enjoy cutting with a razor and precision cuts as well as traditional highlights. After the birth of my beautiful daughter Della I am currently part time. my days in the salon are Thursdays and Saturdays. Hi my name is Mark, the salon owner. I've been doing hair since I was 17 years old. I opened my first salon in 2007 in which myself and my team quickly outgrew and expanded into a bigger premise in 2016. I take pride in building myself and my team and my salon that has recently been voted number 1 in Fareham. My most popular service I offer is precision cutting in which I love to complement with a suitable colour. I work in the salon Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. In my spare time I love to sing and different venues in Hampshire and spend quality time with my wife walking around local areas and taking my boys out for pizza! Hi im Charlie. Ive been working at Mark Searle Hairdressing for 5 years and have been qualified for 2 years. Ive been lucky enough to be a salon awards finalist for the past 2 years which I'm super proud of. My favourite services to do in the salon are ALL kinds of blondes ranging from honey blondes to creamy blondes to ashy blondes. My absolute fav look is a blonde with peachy waves. Im also qualified in Tape & Nano Extensions. Recently I've been creating lots of different looks by adding hair. Extensions are great for creating not only long luscious looks but they're also great for plumping the hair and adding fullness. Im in the salon Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hi im Liv, I've been working at the salon for 2 years now, where I'm working towards my NVQ level 2 qualification, I came straight from school and started as a Saturday assistant before starting full time at the salon. My favourite services are curling and waving hair as I love a beachy look on hair, I also love doing blondes that include a soft face Fram to brighten up the face. I work Tuesday till 8pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and friends, I love a cheeky Nando's.
