Alex was excited and nervous about her haircut. She is shy and has sensory issues but Olivia was respectful and allowed Alex to sit quietly during the session in between checking exactly was Alex required.

Really friendly, Olivia was lovely and Mark made a point of coming round and chatting to each of us. I sadly got a parking ticket, even though I paid for parking outside. The blow dry was lovely but sadly our hair dropped out fully before the party
