The atmosphere was casual and unprofessional. It was noisy, and the salon gave the impression of being cluttered and shabby. My shampoo was the worst I’ve ever had. At several points my hair was caught in the brush, or maybe jewelry, and pulled. Despite my involuntary winces, no notice was taken or apology given There was too much talking and not enough listening. I asked for a slight flick out but left the salon with one side out and the other curled under. I found the experience stressful.
