Booked online for a haircut with senior stylist, didn’t get to choose who I got but ended up with a stylist that charged less than a graduate. I didn’t get what I asked for I wanted a large chop off with layers and fringe piece. I got shown the length after the first cut and asked for it to be shorter still. After 2 hours in the chair I was left with just a trim and nothing else. The hair I got was healthy but not what I asked for or expected after 2 hours
