I have lots of massage and I can confirm that Kat's massage was 5 star. She is highly experienced and she really knows and understands the body. I went in for the head massage, post migraine, however she quickly assessed the high amounts of tension in my neck, shoulders & back (likely partipants to the cause of my migraine) and she worked expertly to relieve those areas. I cannot thank her enough for the incredible treatment she gave me yesterday, I feel like I've been to an expensive hotel spa!
