Kat is a natural healer, not only is she a very experienced massage therapist but she is a special, kind and caring person :-) I was so blown away with the amazing massage she gave me, and how well she could read my body and what attention it needed. I felt amazing when I left. She also gave me some great exercises and stretches to help my back and shoulders. I will be going back and will recommend to all xx
