That was my first (and second, and third) experience of a deep tissue massage. It really helped with my back pain coming from a computer-related work. Kat is awesome and reassuring.

A really good deep tissue massage, although painful at times this was due to the tightness of my muscles. I would say if you like legitimate deep tissue massages rather than relaxing/aromatherapy massages then this is great. As she really kneads out those muscles. But if you are quite sensitive and not used to proper deep tissue then this might not be for you.

Painful! I never done this type of massage before so might have been me but I found it painful. I didn’t like that I was not explained the procedure before starting. It also felt rushed.

Kat was great - she is very welcoming and makes sure you are feeling ok and comfortable throughout the massage. The massage was excellent and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I will definitely go back.
