As always, an incredible deep tissue massage! I workout 2 days a week with my trainer and go to the gym 1 day and pilates another day. So the deep tissue helps me so much to reset before the next week. Kat is extremely talented and she fixes me every week :-). Thank you very much!

So much relief again! 3 days on and still feeling the benefits. I will not go to any other masseuse - it would be a waste of time and money.
Kat is the best and picks up on niggles that I didn't even realise, but then feel so much benefit from once she's got rid of them.

It's quite a basic set up (just a small, very neat, clean, well provisioned room) in the basement of a hairdressing salon. So it's not super quiet and sometimes you can hear exterior sounds over the calming spa music. However none of that really matters because Kat Linlita is an incredible sports masseuse. She really understands how and why muscles are tight and applies such strength in releasing pressure points and tight muscles. I always feel so relaxed (if a bit sore!) after each massage!
