Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. My 90-minute (not cheap) appointment (full body and feet) felt rushed and rather like repetitive caressing. The room was cold; the noisy fan blew in my body constantly, although I told the therapist I was cold. She occasionally hummed, switched the light on at some point, and dropped things in the background. She never asked me for a physical history. She seemed highly disinterested. The whole experience was unpleasant. I would not recommend it.

My back was so tight after returning from holidays as I had to carry my son for a long time on the last day. Kat recognised it almost immediately and gave an absolutely necessary deep tissue "treatment" last Sunday. I felt so much better and in great shape for my Monday morning workout.
