The whole experience was very weird. I have been left just in the middle of washing process with my hair wet to serve a different lady that just walked in . There was a luck of understanding as the lady didn’t understand proper English.

Mona is an extraordinarily talented lady, I have white roots, frizzy hair so when my hair is lightened it, tends to go copper. I wanted to go lighter so my "go slower" stripe wouldn't show so much as my hair is very dark brown and the white line really shows as soon as is growing out. Mona managed by using multiple colours to make my hair look completely natural and go several shades lighter. I love it. She is a genius!
