I can't recommend Rami highly enough. I've had this treatment a number of times in different salons, and this was by far the best experience: not only was Rami efficient and skillful, but he was a true delight; a lovely person! We discussed exactly how much relaxation I wanted from the treatment, and I explained I like to keep some natural wave and texture - I realized I hadn't always been consulted about this!
The salon is airy, clean, and pleasant. Soundtrack was excellent, as was coffee.
I waited a couple of days to write this, as I wanted to see how the treatment shook out in the wash. I couldn't be happier; my hair looks healthy and natural - only a good bit tamer and shinier!

Upon entering the salon, I was greeted with courtesy and directed to a service chair. The technician was skilled and efficient with good results. The treatment was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way.

I have never trusted a hairdresser so much before with a style change. On my first visit here on Saturday, I gave Mario creative license to do whatever he thought would suit me, and I am delighted with the results! I will definitely be back!
