Mario was super friendly and we discussed the style at the start. But the end style isn’t what I had imagined as it was much shorter than we discussed and this in combo with his idea to thin the ends (I was hesitant!) left me with a shape I didn’t have in mind when he originally explained it to me. I don’t like the end shape and it’s quite unmanageable to style now. He also doesn’t give a head massage which I’m used to so a lovely person but not the hair dresser for me/his style is right for me.
