Mario is fantastic. I usually avoid getting my hair cut in London after being disappointed too many times, but Mario completely changed that. He really listens, offers thoughtful suggestions, and pays great attention to detail. On top of that, he’s genuinely kind and makes you feel comfortable straight away. I couldn’t be happier with the result — highly recommend!
