Staff were friendly but I’m really disappointed with the result of my root tint and toner. We agreed on a colour similar to my natural root and I am at least 3 shades darker. For the toner the hope was to just cool down my existing blonde balayage to a creamy blonde, but my current result is very dark all over and there is hardly any balayage still visible. What is left is basically blueish grey and in some places even green. I think the toner has permanent colour mixed in as it is so thick.

I will definitely be coming back frequently! The girls are super welcoming and sweet .. Bahar is exeptional and considerate, she's a pro, she knows brows and she can make them look fantastic, she literally saved my brows
