Zara was great and such a perfectionist! She asked questions to make sure my haircut was exactly how I wanted and also gave me a perfect blow dry! The salon itself is beautiful inside too!

Stunning nails by Misha! This was my first visit at the salon as I booked last minute but I'm really pleased with the nails and the service. Misha was very attentive and patient and constantly checked that I'm happy with the design. Will be coming back for sure! Thank you :)

The haircut was nice, but not exactly what I asked for. I would have preferred more open communication regarding what I wanted. The cupcake was nice though.

The haircut itself was fine. The problem for me was the interaction. The hairdresser asked me several times if I had seen a doctor about my hair, which was really insensitive and upsetting. I cried during the haircut, which was clearly very awkward for both of us (and to be fair she apologised and kept saying don’t cry), and then left feeling embarrassed and ugly. I don’t believe there was any intention to be unkind, but very negative experience for me.
