I attended this appointment with a friend. All claims in the salon’s reply below are false. We arrived BEFORE 5:40pm and have photo evidence; staff made us wait due disorganisation. She prepaid £75 for a Restyle but got no cut. At 6:47 the salon changed the booking to Blow dry since it had been 1.5 hours and they were rushing. No refund was issued. They state she was disrespectful but she was silent for an hour, terrified with wet hair, because a stylist I didn’t book with cut my hair lopsided.

I arrived at 5:30pm for my appointment. They made me wait more than one hour with wet hair after washing it and then told me they can’t cut my hair because the hair stylist had gone home. At 6:47pm they blow dried my hair. The worst service at any salon I have ever been to. They said they could not refund me because Treatwell was holding the money. They charged £75 for the appointment and didn’t cut my hair or give any restyle. I would not recommend this salon to my worst enemy.
