Bad experience from start to finish, hairdresser didn’t ask my name to book me in and didn’t complete a consultation before washing my hair. When eventually I was asked what I would like, I didn’t feel that I was understood. I asked for longer layers and was told I would be charged £10 more for layers although I had already paid £35 for cut and blow dry.
I didn’t feel like I could trust them with the haircut, I will never return to this salon. Very disappointing

Went to The Avenue for the first time today and it was amazing. I'm so happy I found this place! Its so easy for me to get to. The salon was beautiful and clean with gorgeous candles and wax melts all around and beautiful art. The lovely lady doing my nails was so sweet and did an amazing job. I will 100% be back for this and other treatments. Can't wait to come back and try out the other amazing stuff they have available. Beautiful, very inclusive, skilled and friendly beauticians.
