My appointment time and technician changed last minute and I felt that they didn’t know I was going to be there. The service was good and my nails looked fine after (although she did cut back my cuticle too much and I was left with a scab) but over the next couple of days the polish cracked, chipped and peeled and I had to take it all off within a week. Disappointed
