I was really happy with my experience here. I did have to to wait about half an hour after my booked appointment to actually be seen, but I wasn't in a rush so was quite happy waiting with a tea and a magazine - I was still made to feel welcome. I didn't want anything drastic doing to my hair, just a bit of a trim, but my hair came out feeling better than it has done in years. It was so soft and shiny and the cut was great. Will definitely come again and would recommend.
