The hairdresser took the time to explain to me the different options and differences between semi-permanent and permanent colouring, though it was not very clear to me and I ended up with my hair colour more or less the same as before, no one noticed the difference. I did say I wanted something natural but not to that point! However, the place is lovely, the therapist too and she did her best to explain, considering my lack of knowledge around colouring.
