Great haircut, really good value and lovely hairdresser... listened to exactly what I wanted :)
Ladies' Haircuts
The treatment itself was lovely and Erika was lovely. The only reason I was disappointed a bit was the facial was for an hour yet I was in and out within 45 minutes. The price I paid still meant it was good value, but I was lucky to get a £7 off code from Treatwell and if I didn't have this, I would have felt like it wasn't as good value.
It is one thing to knowingly pay for a 45 minute facial than believe you are getting a one hour treatment but then only getting 45 minutes. I normally get a 1 hour 15 Decleor facial from my regular salon but unfortunately my funds are a bit tight from Christmas. I guess in a way I felt like I got what I paid for but still I don't think it was fair. The treatment itself was very good though and I would recommend the therapist, but I don't think I personally will return.
Classic Facials
The staff were very friendly and helpful and suggested the best possible options for my hair and colour. I am very happy with the colour as it fixed what I already had rather than dramatically changing or damaging my hair with lots of colour. I valued the staffs knowledge especially about what was best and also when and what to get done next time to help maintain my hair.
I will definitely return here as I felt it was good value for money compared to other salons I have tried and the staff made me feel welcome.
