Booked with senior stylist, inexperienced colleague did it instead. It took 4 hours for half head of highlights, no hair cut. I can still see all my roots, may as well not have gotten a treatment. The senior stylist seemed to have been over worked, so I don't blame her, I would have gladly come back at a time when she was free so I could have a professional job done.

This is the first time I have ever coloured my hair and I couldn't have picked a better salon or hairdresser for this experience. Jelena was so attentive and was very involved in the consultation process, she advised me with care and was as invested in my look as I was. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to cut & colour my hair.
The place is clean and quiet and the hairdressers were very efficient whilst being warm / friendly - they offered me plenty of tea and sweets and magazines to keep me occupied throughout my 5.5 hour treatment.
Finally, although the treatment was quoted for 4 hours and the appointment overran due to my personal preferences, Jelena honoured the agreed price (despite me asking to pay more) which was such a pleasant surprise and shows what a true businesswoman she is! Best of all, my hair looked amazing after and I will be sure to explore other colour options soon - will definitely be returning to this salon.
