I went in for a full head of foils and a cut and blow dry. When I booked the appointment they quoted 4 hours and 20 minutes which I thought was longer than usual but didn't really mind. I ended up in the chair for 5 hours and 20 minutes and didn't have my hair cut (or a proper blow dry for that matter). The lady who did my hair was so unbelievably slow at putting my foils in. I've never seen anything like it in the 15 years I've been having highlights. It took her 3.5 hours just to put the foils in!! And when I came home my friend didn't even notice a change! All in all a very bad experience with terrible customer service/communication.
