The lady was super nice. The water, when washing my hair kept coming hot and cold, which she really apologised for and I know it wasn't her fault. The blow dry was okay, but it wasn't really a blow dry. It was just dried with the hair dryer without giving any effect, just leaving it straight.

Hair was cut shorter then discussed, hair seems abit un even, i dont think i will be going back to this salon although staff wer very nice and salon looks good, very clean and tidy.
