I went for an eyelash removal treatment. Olsen was great! She was very kind and professional. She made me feel at ease and even gave me some tips as to how to take care of my natural eye lashes. Very satisfied with her service she was very gentle.

Natalja is brilliant, as is Jelena - both wonderful hair stylists who really care about their clients, as well as being such kind people. I will never go anywhere else for a full head colour as long as I live in the area. Thanks so much, as always ladies xx

My lashes were great at first, exactly what I asked for and looked good. However, I woke up with a sty on one eye the following day after the treatment. I also noticed that on one eye the lashes are pointing the wrong way, towards my nose! It’s been 6 days now, and the amount that have fallen out is way more than it should be. I’m also having to pull quite a few out as they are attached in the middle parts of the fake lashes, and the ends come away from my eyelid and stick into my actual eyeball
