Let down last moment got a call saying I’ll and would try to refund money. Been four days no refund. Will never book there again. Awful no apology and no refund.

Had a fantastic haircut today with Maria. The salon was spotlessly clean, and she provided excellent service throughout. She kindly accommodated me at short notice, which I really appreciated. Maria listened carefully to what I was looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations that made all the difference. The end result was exactly what I hoped for — I’m genuinely delighted. Highly recommended!
