Didn't get the therapist I booked, though it was my first time.
Had to follow the lady in while she opened up the shop. Don't think she even washed her hands before she did my nails.
Almost cut my skin while trimming my nails, used buffers that were really worn down, nail polish was applied a bit wonky.
Will not return.
