This was the first time I've had a hollywood from this place (hot chocolate wax) and it was brilliant. Usually I can expect a reaction to the wax (or waxer) but this was done very quickly, painlessly and with very little swelling and soreness afterwards. I'm a fan and will be coming back. My beautician was super friendly to top it all off.

I had the 15 minute Gel-Lac Shape and Paint for Hands and it was great. The manicurist worked quickly and did a good job. Would go back.
