Booked 1 hour full body massage at 6pm. Masseuse let me into the room at 6.10, and finished the massage at 7pm. When I said it hadn’t been a full hour that I paid for, she said they include 5min changing time in the beginning and 5 min changing time at the end within the hour. Also spent 20minutes massaging my head only. Live down the road and used to go here often, but won’t be going back

The best hair colour I’ve ever had! Roberto really listened to what I wanted and I was super pleased with the results. I can’t wait to be back! Great experience and my blow dry was perfect😊😊 Roberto was super friendly and extremely professional.
