Worst beauty experience! Avoid!Asked for highlights in blond hair- they dyed it 5 different colours including grey. I was there 5 hours as they repaired the damage. 3 toners later, no highlights but dark brown hair, no refund OR apology from owner.

This place dares sending me a Treatwell review request following my wax appointment when the price I was charged was 30% MORE THAN THE TREATWELL PRICE for that same service on the day of appointment.
I was kind enough to send them a private email to report the issue - that remains unanswered - before going publicly. But it seems they are happily asking for it.
