My booking was confirmed and then they doubled booked , so I sat waiting , it was a waste of my time and unprofessional of them to take another client whilst I was already there in time having a massage downstairs which allowed for enough time to come upstairs and have my hair done . I am still waiting for a refund . I usually go to Roberto but he was unfortunately not there
