Was very frustrated that when I arrived I was informed the aesthetician I had booked was not available that day and the appointment would be done by someone else. I would have preferred I be notified of this in advance so that I could reschedule with Wahida as I go to this salon specifically for her. I found the replacement did not do as nice a job and I had a few breaks in the skin/bleeding after my appointment.
New place, new therapist and new (higher) price. But service level was not as good as my previous experience and I am quite disappointed. The additional £20 paid in the new location did not transplate to better or additional services. I hope it improves.
