I didn't have one consistent technician working on my nails as Jennifer seemed to be double booked. Technician's kept changing & with that came inconsistencies of filing & cleaning. Once Jennifer came around, she double checked everything & painted my nails beautifully. Once I came home, I filed my nails the way I wanted (sharp square) since the technicians kept rounding them.
