Really uncomfortable and painful massage. I wasn’t asked if the pressure was okay. At one point she left the room to answered the phone or door, leaving the treatment room door open, while I sat half naked in the room. Really unprofessional and I will not be returning!

Thank for for such a great facial. I’ve always been a fan of a facial and have visited many different salons but Fatima was genuinely the most informative therapist I’ve had and my skin looks and feels incredible. I no longer live in the area but am often in London for work and shall definitely be coinciding this time to visit for more facials in the near future!
