I booked a massage with a specific therapist and was given someone else. This was very disappointing as it ended up being a massage that was not particularly pleasant. I can handle deep tissue very well but this was sore - not in a good way, I have been to Maresia before and enjoyed the experience. I would recommend checking that you get the right therapist if you specify at the time of booking.
