Everything felt so rushed. Shampoo and conditioning lasted a very short time and my scalp / hair wasn’t properly washed or conditioned. I asked for a blow dry loose curls / waves but the hairdresser proceeded to use a straightener to curl my hair which left me with tight curls which I had to fix myself. Not the best experience.
