Cancelled upon my arrival - no effort to help me, said I must request refund myself yet they don’t even cancel the appointment on the app to enable me to get the refund. Unreliable, rude treatment, no apology, just a matter of fact “she’s not coming, can’t help you”. Will not go back for any hairstylist. Do not recommend. Just needed a little trim and would’ve been happy to wait in between other clients or even not have a blow dry just to be fit in. But no interest from them to offer to help me.
