Crystal is always a delight, the shop is spotless and new anti-covid procedures have been implemented confidently and with clear understanding with everyone using their own equipment and cleaning communal equipment before and after use, witnessed by the customer. The only concern I had was whether styling products like wax were being shared between artists+ clients- but I didn't clock it in time to refuse- completely my own fault! Will be back to see Crystal again 💕😘
