The haircut was good. I had booked a wash and haircut. I was asked if I wanted to blow dry but wasn’t told there’d be an additional charge. As prices had gone up since I booked the charge ended up being nearly the same price as my wash and haircut.

I booked for Crystal, but they sent me to another stylist and didn’t tell me. The first thing I was told by Tyra, was ‘I think you have lice’ which was said loudly. I explained that I have dandruff, however she got her colleague to double check. Her colleague instantly apologised as she probably realised how loud she had said it. She confirmed it’s dandruff &explained the difference &then proceeded to cut my hair. The cut was good &she was very nice/chatty. Just don’t think it was professional.

Amazing service !! Hannah is so welcoming, friendly and soo skilled ... she done exceptionally well 😉 So happy with the haircut can’t wait to come back :)
